I'm impressed by the big range. Loss of 2 stars for poor and unwelcoming staff. Either juveniles or senior citizens and nothing in-between.Staff have no energy, approachability and enthusiasm. Almost robot like.

On face value it's well stocked however greystanes Woolworths was renovated about 8 years earlier has more variety, express and self service checkout.Staff here are somewhat arrogant and unfriendly. No approachability.

Big range. Poor staff. The self serve machines are the worst.Staff don't greet you and just look away and are hesitant to help. Unapproachable. What's the point of having staff when even robots might be more kind?

Rude young girl standing stocking shelves near the fridges at the back at around 5pm on 27/07/23 gave me the most vile dirty because I had brought my dog in with me. She turned to her friend and gave her the “wtf” face and smirked. Hun please fix your attitude, next time you have a problem say it out loud instead of smiling and laughing with your friend like an immature little b. I mean you literally work at Woolies, you ain’t that much better than people.Woolies Pemulwuy, please reconsider who you’re hiring because clearly some of these girls who work for you have the maturity of a 3 year old. It’s embarrassing :(
