Great prices, wide range of products, easy parking and access (wheelchair accessible) inside Castletown Centre staff actually friendly and helpful and the products are of reasonable quality.

Staff could learn to smile more. Always rushing around so hard to catch one of them for help. Store is a bit messy but I feel that is from customers not supervising their own children and dumping them in the toy aisle

Always head here for 2nds savings specials maybe a misprint or damaged carton but you can always find a cheap no thrills price

Always a good range of product lines and things are updated regularly meaning you always see new things. Prices are always reasonable and quality is usually of a pretty good standard. Many bigger name lines/brads are here for around 50-75% cheaper then at retail stores.
