I had a very positive experience with Juliannes kitchen recently - in summary I accidentally purchased an expired pate which I didn’t realise at the time. Even though it was completely not their fault, they provided me with prompt and responsive customer service and went above and beyond with their care. I was able to finally try their pate and fruit paste and it was delicious and very high quality. Could not recommend this product and the customer focus of this company. Thank you again!
