We are about to celebrate our second year anniversary, yes, our second anniversary and still do not have a wedding album to show for it.Disappointment does not begin to describe how we feel and the upset that this has caused us.During the two years we have been waiting, and still are waiting, there has been numerous issues with Sitto Studios which had begun almost immediately.We were granted access to our online gallery 17 weeks after the wedding even though they stated on the website it would be within 8 weeks.No explanation or apology was provided throughout the 17 weeks despite multiple emails.We had also purchased a 20-30 minute video package to be included and upon gaining access, had found only to have received a video that was 12 minutes long.When requested for the additional footage which was entitled, a quick response email from Sylvia was received saying that we only ordered a short video and in order to get the rest, we would need to pay an additional $750 when the contract itself said it would be 20-30 minutes.After multiple months of unanswered and ignored emails by Sitto studios trying to get a response from them, there was no option but to file a complaint to fair trading who contacted Sitto studios only to have them lying about the pictures and video for when it was uploaded claiming they have been done some time ago.We have evidence and proof that the album draft and additional video footage were only uploaded a day after fair trading had made contact to which no explanation or apology were mentioned.Surprisingly it was only after fair trading had contacted Sitto, one of our many emails were no longer ghosted and upon settling on a draft of the album, was told it would be ready within 4-5 weeks.It has now been 3 months later and almost a 2nd year anniversary and still no sign of a wedding album.This is the absolute worst company and service in an industry that should be positive.To top it off, the quality of pictures taken and the video received are no where near worth the problems and stress of dealing with this company.Even giving one star is too generous!

Their photos were beautiful… But honestly, it’s been over a year since my wedding and I still haven’t received any coffee table book or large print that I signed a contract for. Numerous emails, still nothing. So disappointing..
