Had our 20 year old tiled floors covered with some fantastic hybrid boards. The service, the professionalism and the result were outstanding. This has really transformed our home. Rajesh, Kosta and the team were a pleasure to deal with and the price was unbelievable compared to some other companies we were quoted by. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD!!!

My hybrid floorboards started coming out within 4 months. I paid for the leveling of entire house before the hybrid installation, but it wasn't done properly, resulting in noisy floor. Also, gaps between the planks started appearing at multiple places.After chasing up for more than two months, they finally turned up to fix it. There fix was simply gluing the problematic planks.I asked for replacement of one plank and instead of removing the adjacent planks they removed the installed plank by cutting it and then glued the replacement leaving behind damages on the floor. Wouldn't recommend.

We used All Floors Australia (Truganina Office) to do our new home flooring in Keilor. We are very happy with the finished product. Very helpful and friendly customer service from the office and from the installation team. We definitely recommend AFA to everyone.

We’ve used All Floors for two jobs. First job we are so happy with - installation organised promptly, work was done well and they left the area clean. Second job was a small urgent job that they went out of their way to help us install quickly.Will definitely recommend and use.

I could not speak highly enough of All Floors Australia! We found them by pure chance and we are so glad we did! We spent 7 months trying to find the perfect floor, walked into the show room and found it instantly! Photos don’t do the colour justice but it is absolutely beautiful! For whatever reason I can't actually respond to you on my original review. Your response is disgusting and full of lies.1. The job was first done less than 2 years ago2. Previous management had sent people out to fix the boards several times and then I spoke with both you and the old management before and during handover and it was made extremely clear that you should get the previous management to fix the issue or it would become your problem as you would be the owner of the company3. We did not know if leveling was the issue at the very beginning because they were fixed" multiple times before having issues again a month or two later4. Please don't pretend that you went out of your way to help and took on all the expenses. You first demanded that WE pay to get them fixed even though they were still under warranty. I had to argue and put up with you ignoring phone calls and messages before you finally gave in and sent someone out.Our floors are a disgrace and as a company you should be embarrassed by the level of incompetency."
