WORST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!! They are useless. I had a contract with them and they didn't do anything they were meant to do and now I have been left with very large bills to pay which they are taking no responsibility for, Just blaming me and lying about everything!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Dealing with them during what was supposed to be an exciting time was actually a nightmare throughout. The owner could not have been any more rude or condescending. Just because of my looks she suggested that i did not understand english (although i scored 8.5/9 in the language exam). Will never suggest them to anyone

Could not be more satisfied with the efforts and results that Jenny and her team have got for me! In a dead market, she managed to lease my house out promptly and with great tenants. She is creative, enthusiastic, thorough and a very hard worker and as a result, my house has been leased prior to Christmas which was our goal! Couldn't be more happier with her services!!

With my dealings with City To Surf, I have found their staff to be very friendly, responsible and experienced. They treated me with respect, and were very professional with both me as an owner and to my tenants. I found the sales Agent Jenny Fry, to be very proficient in their dealings related to selling. Very pleasant and accommodating, they were always willing to go that extra mile. Would definitely use them again and recommend them! 9/10! :)

I had an awful experience over the phone with a member of staff. They were rude and condescending. I had called before my arrival for an inspection to let them know I was on my way and was assured someone would be there. When I arrived at the property for the inspection there was no real estate agent there. I called the Property Manager to ask if someone was at the property or if I had missed them, the woman who answered the phone said Have a look around
