Alex was an absolute soldier in the customer service department. The food was hypnotically mediocre but at least they had a wide range of cameras available

Got the passport photo taken and sent electronically but when later asking to print from email (sent by Camera House only), they are asking for full price payment. It wasn't needed to take a photo again however no consideration given. Not a happy customer.I would rather recommend to goto Officeworks.

Terrific customer service. The staff always take their time with each customer but I’m never waiting for long to be served. They are knowledgeable and patient and typically have excellent advice for any scenario. Lucky to have such a great camera store in Penrith.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Slightly gung ho and I think that they could do a little better with resolving mistakes made. They're nice people, there's good gear here but there systems and company policies" seem cumbersome and they seem to lack skills in providing restitution when inconvenience is caused at no fault of the customer."

Nice sales service but don’t expect after sales service because there’s none. Don’t ask anything too complicated like enlarge a family photo and expect that they would have taken into account the size of the frame it was going in. Instead they simply cut the bottom off the photo to fit it in. Common sense would say don’t blow it up so big…..but on my return they wanted me to pay again for them to fix their error. So my advise is stay clear, I’ll never go back there.

Have gone here 25+ times to develop/buy film, get gear, etc.The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Even if they don't have stuff in, they will always try and help and set you in the right direction. Would always recommend!

The staff at Penrith Camera house are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a quick turn around of processing film, I have received all my digital copies in less then 4 hours. I have attached a few photos to show quality. Which is good.I have been there several times and have seen the staff going beyond to help customers. They have excellent customer service. I recommend going to this store to purchase a camera particularly if your a beginner as they will take there time to answer your questions and provide advise.
