Paul was great in fitting me in due to my limited availability with work. He moved some things around to make it work.Paul also gave me a realistic idea on how well the dog urine would come out of my rug which I really appreciated. It would have been horrible to be told it can be removed and then the stain was still here. But it did all come out.Paul was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house and even popping out with him still here working.Would highly recommend Paul from Wodonga

Paul is an absolute champion.our original plans were to rip up all the carpets because they were so horrid, until Paul came with his professional equipment.Honestly couldn't believe how well they came up. There were red wine stains / pet stains and the carpets came up as good as new.If you want to do your carpets properly at an affordable price then Paul is ya man!!
