Visited this store for a heater. Smooth purchase and a great deal. Thanks to Gavin, we got loads of useful information that helped us choose the right product.

I went in to the Chadstone store in a rush to buy a small electric heater. Not only was I warmly greeted at the door & quickly pointed in the right direction. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes & they were! I was helped out by Gavin who gave me some great advice on the products & I selected a heater from the display - unfortunately after Gavin did a quick check on the system, they had no boxed ones in store. Thankfully Gavin gave me a discount on the display model & I was quickly on my merry way with my new heater in hand. Overall a really great, efficient experience!

I purchased an Asko dishwasher based on The Good Guys' recommendation, but it turned out to be faulty. When I contacted The Good Guys about the issue, they were unable to help me and simply referred me to Asko customer service. Asko sent a technician to repair the dishwasher, but I was not satisfied with the solution as I had purchased a brand new machine and did not want it to be disassembled and have units replaced. Additionally, Asko told me that if I wanted to return the dishwasher for a refund, I would lose 20% of my money, even though I had never used the machine. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend either The Good Guys or Asko based on my experience.

I visited the store with mum, as she wanted to look at Bosch kitchen appliances & we were kindly assisted by Gavin, he remembered us from last year! Gavin was extremely helpful & spent alot of time showing us the appliances, explaining & advising us on the best options. He gave us his honest feedback & recommendations & told us to come back when we are ready & he will look after us, we liked that he didn't pressure us. Gavin provided us with exceptional customer service & went above & beyond, he is also a very decent & kind person. We highly recommend Gavin for all your kitchen appliance needs or anything else you may need. Thanks Gavin for the positive experience & your time, patience & kind help towards us.

All the Friday feels today for The Good Guys Chadstone!!! It seems rare to get good old fashioned customer service these days, but that is exactly what I got with Gavin today. No sales pitch, just super helpful! One very happy customer - thanks so much Gavin

I bought a TV on Sunday and was delivered Tuesday morning! Abe was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Really great and easy experience.

They sold you a TV that doesn’t work. You brought the TV in for a return (still under 1 year warranty for a swap and receipt available), they request you must bring the remote in as well. But we lost the remote. Then they said you can’t return your faulty product because it doesn’t come full package.Are you serious??Been a loyal Good guys customer, can’t believe it’s how you treat your customer. I suggest the store manager there to change his occupation. You can’t work in retail being ridiculous and helpless mate.

We've dealt with Gavin at the Chadstone store on multiple occasions - once for a fridge and once for a dryer - and he's been fantastic. Outstanding customer service, great pricing and very knowledgable about the products on offer.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had!! So stressed going in and left with exactly what I wanted thanks to the incredible service and expertise of Gavin!! I hope he is there every time I'm shopping, will definitely be back!!!

I have a delivery today and have been waiting all day to find out when it is coming. I was told I would receive a three hour window which it would be delivered in via text the day before the actual delivery, I never got a message.I called the store multiple times today and have been provided with three separate time frames where the delivery was meant to come.The girl that I spoke to was short on the phone, was dismissive and had bad customer service (she seemed very annoyed that I had called and even hung up the phone without any sort of goodbye). I would think that somewhere who claims to have great customer service would do better and ensure their employees weren’t so rude on the phone.My delivery still hasn’t come, I am in hour 5 of sitting around waiting.In hindsight I should have read their google reviews and gone somewhere else
