Terrible service by the delivery guy this morning to my mum house. Full raging at my mum for her place saying it's not safe to be install and threaten her with a $5000 fine, even after all that he offer to install the gas bottle anyway and my mum refused him. We been using this service for last 2 years and if it dangerous, why didn't the last few guys mention it. We wouldn't buy it if it dangerous to install at my mum place. My mum got heap scared and called me at like 7 am in the morning. This happened on the 19/06/23 on Rose Street Ottoway SA area if you want to track it down.

Way too overpriced. After a devoted customer after 30yrs, I'm passed being ripped off. Goodbye ELGAS

Highly recommend Elgas as a provider. Always had good pricing and great customer service.My last bill was due on 03/12/2015 now 14/01/2015 and only just got another letter asking me to pay by the 18th and with no overdue fees!I've been with other companies I can't let a bill go 2 weeks without an overdue fee!PS Sorry Elgas I will try to pay my bill on time next time.

Great initial customer service and the online ordering works well.

Happy to take you money with expensive cylinders and high charges. But when you run out of gas ,thier sub contractors dont care and neither do thier call centre's.Will be looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing customer service.Struggled for 2 weeks to get a delivery to our place, ended up having to ring SupaGas who got my delivery here the next day despite missing the cutoff time for next day delivery.Then I got sent a bill for well over $700 for a delivery that never occurred and was continually told by the customer service representative that her records showed that it was delivered so no matter how many times I pointed out that they did not bring any gas to this property, she simply repeated to me that it had been delivered.Just a thoroughly sub-par experience on the whole from a supposedly big name supplier, I would not recommend anyone to use ElGas in Adelaide. Save your time and ring another provider instead.

Absolutely DISGUSTED in this company, who would allow a family with two small children to go without gas for 5 days, rather than interrupt their delivery route". (This means NO cooking as they have a gas stovetop and oven and NO hot water) Then a customer service rep gives them the advice that they should use a 9kg gas bottle in the meantime which goes against what their website recommends as it can be incredibly hazardous. Worst customer service. Good luck trying to get served at the office. Stood at counter for ten minutes, rang bell, multiple people knew I was there and couldn't get served. Ended up walking out and will never be back.

We rely on big boy gas for showers cooking and heating 11 week delivery cycle -empty last Saturday arranged an emergency fill -couldn’t find the driver so told Monday -Monday told Wednesday our delivery day might come Tuesday -last fill November -now May

Elgas matched pricing to competitor when I signed up with them. Their customer service is excellent, and their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for bottled gas supply.
