Would recommend this team to everyone!! My fiance worked with them to get my engagement ring done and I couldn't love it more!! Perfect quality, gorgeous design, and they supported him so well and were flexible around his plans to propose! We are now getting our wedding bands done as well, and the Diamondport Jewellers have been so accomodating and I have complete confidence I will love love love the end result. Thank you!!!!

Mike at Diamondport was very helpful and made the experience of buying an engagement ring easy and painless. I had some ideas in mind and he was able to provide guidance on size, cut and setting options. I appreciated the ease of the design process and that Mike picked a diamond that matched my brief while not ever attempting to upsell above my needs. Would recommend Mike and the team to anyone looking for a fantastic diamond ring and great customer support.

Had a great and easy experience when designing an engagement ring with Diamondport Jewellers. I do not live in Brisbane and they were great with over the phone, email and messaging to design the perfect ring. The ring was also completed in a great time frame, much quicker than many other companies and cannot fault the finished product. Will be going back for wedding bands and recommending to friends looking for a great engagement ring

Diamondport was absolutely fantastic to purchase from and I would highly recommend them for engagement and wedding rings. Mike and Ashley have been absolutely instrumental in designing my dream ring for my fiancé, from the first conversation we had before I’d even decided, to the amazing post engagement care they’ve provided. It is the most fantastic lavender sapphire ring I’ve seen. Diamondport are not a simple transaction merchant, but instead a deeply invested group of professional and welcoming team who will make you enjoy every aspect of the experience. I want to say a huge thank you to Ashley and the team at Diamondport Jewellers for working behind the scenes with my partner and best friend to design a ring I thought I would only ever dream of!Not only was the ring beyond amazing, Ashley was so attentive when we attended Diamondport after the proposal to help with the care and resizing of the ring. He was knowledgeable, kind and just as excited as we were.They created a customised ring perfectly matched to my style and taste.The ring is an 18ct white gold, 6 claw engagement ring with tapered high shoulders set with a 2.6 carat round brilliant cut diamond – safe to say I still haven’t stopped staring at my hand even months later!Thank you to the team at Diamondport for all of your planning and assistance in creating this stunning engagement ring.

If you are wanting a good quality wedding or engagement ring I highly recommend Diamondport! They worked with me to make a custom 14k gold wedding band after struggling to find a jewelry store that would make a 14k band for me.They were helpful and informative in the process of picking out a ring to match my engagement ring. They went above and beyond to fit me in with my hectic schedule and even resized my band in one day just a week before I leave for my wedding! So now my ring is beyond perfect for the ceremony.I was also very impressed with Mike who helped guide my partner and I through the process. He was always very prompt to respond when I had a question and I loved the email updates I got as my ring went through production.I would definitely trust diamondport with future custom pieces and I can’t wait to update my review with wedding photos in a few short weeks!Updated with some photos from my wedding! Matt and I had an amazing experience with Mike and the whole Diamondport team. I had an idea of what I wanted for my engagement ring; a rose gold halo style ring that looked like a flower. They designed it perfectly and really listened to what I wanted. It was what I imagined in my mind and would not have been able to find in any other jewelers. We recently had them design the wedding ring as well, and again I took my idea - of a horseshoe style rose gold band which circled and highlighted the main diamond. The two rings look like they are meant to be together. The whole process was amazing and I couldn't ask for anything more. we highly recommend them, especially if you want to get exactly the ring that you really want and will love for ever. Julie

Great service from Jason and Ashley who are both very knowledgeable and willing to share tips on choosing the right ring. It is also very easy to make a booking and visit their shop.My partner was very pleased with the engagement ring from Diamondport!
