Lovely and prompt service in polishing and rhodium plating my rings. They look beautiful, as good as new!

In my opinon 5stars is too low if l could give 10 star l 100% would without a doubt. I have been looking for a jewellery that can make me a unique custom ring which I have never seen worn in Australia I have asked a few jewellery stores like every single one in wetherill park stocklands, liverpool westfield, castletowers but in the end burwood Diamond and gold stood out to me the most. Stanley has great enthusiasm, love and dedication to making their customers dream ring an actual reality I have never been this impressed with his customer service and driving 45mins to the shop has been well worth. If anyone is ever looking for custom rings or jewellery l will always recommend Diamond and gold as a go to go to.Thanks so much Stanley and his team

I had a great experience with this jewellery store. My project was a relatively low value one. Most of the other jewellers I spoke with were not really interested in the work. I guess the job was too small and perhaps a bit tedious for them. This did not bother Stanley the jeweller. He responded positively from the start and along with his sister and another staff member provided great service for the entire project.

Poor customer service...unable to resolve a minor issue. Very disappointed. I remain disappointed with your response. I suggest in future you clearly communicate with customers, payment was made. Mixed communication with employees isn't ideal. It was a simple repair and any other jeweller would have repaired without an issue.

Stanley is a fantastic jeweller. I went in to get a custom made engagement ring and he was extremely knowledgeable showing me everything i needed to know to make the best decisions for what i wanted. After finessing details of the ring he made it and it was perfect. People non-stop keep saying Wow

I took in 3 small ruby and diamond rings and asked Stanley to make me a new wide band ring. I told him what I wanted and he designated and created my new ring which I am so happy with. It is better than I expected and everyone comments on how lovely it is. I would highly recommend Diamond and Gold jewellery store in BurwoodStanley was very good to work with and very trustworthy.
