Unprofessional and rude. Completely taking advantage of those facing homelessness and goes out of their way to mock struggling people.$600+ for a tiny 3 bedroom unit, when inquired on to find out the price I was shocked, I was shocked even further when I simply commented on the Facebook post by the realestate, where I had initially found the property, that it was $700 a week, to then find a aggressive message in my inbox stating that I won’t be finding it so funny when I can’t find anywhere to live. I never said anything is funny. I just commented the price for others.I like many other people are on the brink of homelessness, barely getting by as is and a message like this is extremely unprofessional, rude and hurtful to those already doing it tough. People like this are what is wrong with the world.Avoid if you can.Extremely insensitive and you should be ashamed of yourself

Prime land were the only real estate agents in the area that asked us what WE wanted to list the property for, the others all dictated the listing price with no room for negotiation and wanted exorbitant advertising costs upfront. The property was under contract within 14 days and the final sale price was much higher than the other agents were willing to list it for.The agent at Prime land was friendly, reliable, available for questions and kept in contact throughout the process. Commission is a set percentage of the sale price, and they are worth every cent!
