Im a security tech and I smashed a window well I was working in Hallam. JCE had a tech out the same day and replaced the glass for a reasonable price. Knowledgeable team which I highly recommend.

Was highly recommended this company but very disappointed that after them quoting & coming out to look at the window to be replaced (& given the go ahead to do the job) and after many phone calls over a weeks period as they continued to not show up to do the job. Sorry guys, really bad costumer service! I suggest if you have timber framed windows don’t bother contacting them & look elsewhere.

Had our rear window explode at 1am in the morning. Ben and his team had it sorted the following day! Install was quick and professional without any hassles issue or mess. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a replacement window with a super quick service!

I've had all my windows and a few doors replaced by JCE Windows and Glass and they always do a fantastic job. The final product looks amazing, the workman are lovely and they always clean up after themselves. I couldn't be happier.

Would not recommend anyone to use this business! The administrator Sam, like the rest of the team is the most unreliable and unprofessional business to work with. Shes rude and when called to follow up on a scheduled appointment for someone to come out and measure out the windows - who didn’t show up, she was too busy and didn’t want to be disturbed although it was during business hours. The lack of follow up is so concerning and they also ask to take cash in hand which I will be reporting the tax office.

We have used Ben, Sam and the team to complete several projects over the years and always found there service and quality to be of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

JCE Windows and Glass supplied the windows and doors for our house renovation. We could not be happier with the service, workmanship, quailty and look of each piece. So much so that we will be getting JCE to replace other windows in our house that are not part of the renovation as we're so impressed with the product and service we have recieved. Worst experience I have had with a business to date!Communication was great until I paid the deposit, after the deposit was made I had no return communication for months. Multiple emails and phone calls with no reply. Only when they had delivered the windows and doors did I then get calls and emails back, but only because I owed them the remaining invoice, money holds power!The windows were delivered a month later than organise, without communicating with me that there would be a delay.The windows were delivered, 3/5 were the wrong sizes, 4/5 had scratches on most panels, loose parts, sliding door glass smashes on transport, indoor track was installed on an external wall on a byfold window, leaving a 10mm gap between indoor and out. Unfortunately I haven't fully installed all windows yet so unsure of future issues.The list goes on..Horrible on-site workmanship, no care given.From a tradesman's myself I honestly can't believe all this happened on one job!Would never recommend, ever!Don't waste your time!

Do not recommend. Customer service is dismal - advised a glazier was going to quote a window and never arrived. Tried to follow up with no response. This company really needs to pick up their game - your admin assistant is useless.
