Customer service at Ballarat Store was excellent by Alannah . Not sure about the warranty centre . Ballarat store have gone above and beyond to help me with a faulty mattress. I would buy there any time.

Good selection, staff were very good and prices were OK , however like some others stores now you can see the end of this type of retail store in the near future. People expect and bascially demand if we are going to a retail store we want to leave with our purchase. Waiting weeks for forced delivery is not OK for a minor purchase. In this case the biggest advantage retail stores have over the online options is being thrown away.BTW we went next door to Fantastic and Spotlight, purchased very similiar items to those we wanted at Amart and took them home with us.

A huge store. Plenty of furniture choices. Lots of discounts and very competitive prices. The staffs are very friendly and extreme helpful.Amart is always my first choice of store whenever I am looking for new furniture. Location of the store and parking are quite convenient.They open long hours and 7 days a week, so very convenient to shop in-store, or online.

Good customer service and great collection of furniture but some of the items are always a very long wait. Special service from Roshan with a wonderful smile. That's lovely.
