Had them come to inspect a heat pump which wasn't working as well as it should. They broke the switch outside and didn't say anything. There explanation the following day was it was my working g anyway". Very poor service. Will avoid in future."

Very poor service. After two weeks of waiting for my Heat pump to be repaired received phone call 4;30 on day before appointment and told that they had double booked us and gave no apology. Very poor very very poor.
