I have been getting my Honda Civic Si serviced here for about two years now. I am always impressed with the friendly, professional service at about half the price of a Honda dealer. Keep up the great work guys PS-.Next time I'll try the kebabs. :) .

AMAZING customer service, from start to finish and beyond! The team (Ben, Scott and Ashleigh) were all professional, friendly and super knowledgeable about my 2005 Honda CRV. They serviced my car for a great price and did a few extra little things that needed attention, thank you guys.The team identified that my car needed further work, which was all explained clearly and quoted on. On returning home I had some confusion and questions about the additional work and parts needed and Ashley was an absolute legend in helping to clarify exactly what was needed. As a single female with an older car, their guidance and expertise was invaluable. Ashley, you SO went the extra distance and I cannot recommend the Sumner Park Future Auto team highly enough. I am so glad I found this place!Amazing people, bright attitude, honest and great service on my Honda Odyssey. Oil leak quote was reasonable and subsequently fix professionally. Returned after 1000km drive for a follow up check, and it’s perfect now. Did you know this place used to be known as Honda Care? Was told that they have over 15 years of experience with Honda cars, no wonder they are so booked out and busy. If lucky, you might see on display an Integra and Prelude from the yesteryears, what beautiful specimens. Will never bring my Honda anywhere else. Yes, they also provide a loan car(but early booking is essential). Top job Ben and Ashleigh. See you guys during the next service.

Took my car in for a fix of drive shafts and service, extremely friendly staff and were very informative of other things that i need to look out for, very well priced. Will be back for my next service! Cheers guys.

Been seeing Scott and Ben for ages. They've been nothing but good to me and my car's over the years. It's hard to find great mechanics that you can completely trust to have your vehicle's worked on. They have years of experience and their service is top notch working on old cars and new. Prices are fair and they get the job done right and on time.

The team at Future Auto are very skilled and professional, and they saved me a fortune! My engine light had recently come on, so I took my car to my regular service centre (the car company's own brand) for a scheduled service and investigation. They told me I would need a new O2 sensor and catalytic converter for around $3500, which is about half the value of my 2010 model car, so obviously I wanted a second opinion. I was recommended to come and see the Future Auto team for a thorough investigation. They did a smoke test and discovered a leak and buildup in one of the hoses, which they were able to repair for a total cost of $272, less than one-tenth of the price I was quoted by the other business for work that would have been unnecessary anyway! Very happy with my experience at Future Auto.

Been coming here for years, firstly because I used to work nearby and got fed up with the dealerships I went to (poor service and attitudes, as well as costly). I have since stayed because of the friendly and professional service I get from Scott and Ben. I live out of the area and no longer work close by but I still make the effort to return here as the service I get is amazing! They take the time to explain what was done, and are honest in their assessment if things can wait until next service etc. Never experienced any kind of upselling at all which you get a dealerships. Glad to see this business is busy, you do need to book well ahead of time!

Scotty and his team has always provided the best service in town. They are down to Earth, realiable and trustworthy, friendly, and cost efficient, and I won't be taking my car anywhere else.
