Harbourside Laundry
Very helpful. While visiting Sydney, I dropped off a week's overseas laundry after breakfast & they had it washed, folded, and delivered back to my hotel for a modest fee (1/100th of what the hotel wanted charging by the piece) by the time I returned to my room after a day's work. Couldn't have been nicer.

Brought in 3 bags of washing and paid $60 AUD. Clean and folded by the end of the day, great i thought to myself. That is until I unpacked the bags and found all of my tshirts shrunk 2x sizes smaller.

Worse ever laundry! I gave my brother to wash my clothes. Some pieces get colored and some shirts have shrunked. We choose this place because they have good ratings. So, I hope the service was upperclass. It was the opposite! I don't recommend this place at all. Save your money and you don't need to throw your clothes away afterwards.

AUD$25 per 3 kilos of laundry for wash and dry. Fair price and we are happy to say everything was great. I was given a time and when I returned it was ready and nicely packaged and folded. Everything is clean as expected. The man at the store was very nice! I would recommend this place, and we will be back. Great location just steps from Darling Harbor and CBD.

Dishonest business - I paid for dry cleaning ($5 a shirt) and showed up a week later only to find catch the owner red handed as he had not yet ironed the wrinkly shirts - he had been washing and drying them rather than dry cleaning and then ironing and charging for dry cleaning. When confronted he said it’s sometimes better to do it that way for shirts. Even if it were - be honest and charge for laundry, not for dry cleaning. He 100% knew what he was doing trying to take advantage of a foreigner. I would never leave a review for a minor mistake in doing my laundry - but dishonesty earns the one star. Do not support.

My brown shoe polish exploded in my case during the flight. I had huge shoe polish stains on 3 suits. I expected that nobody could do anything. Actually they managed to take out all stains and I can't even see where the stains were... Price are really really competitive and the owner is nice. Highly recommended

Used this place twice. It seems they just make up the price depending on what mood they are in.When I got the clean laundry back to the hotel, several items were covered in bird poo. They must have seen it whilst folding the clothes and putting them back in the bag, but they just packed them anyway and didn’t say anything.Three T-shirts have also been shrunk even though I asked them to wash them cool.Pretty disappointed.
