I am rarely moved to write a review, but our experience with ATS was truly fantastic from start to finish. Having had an emergency with our car, Renee and John were extremely helpful and forthright all through the diagnostic process, despite not initially being the recommended repairer for our insurer. He gave us an excellent and honest understanding of what was wrong with our X-Trail, even though initially it seemed he would not be the one doing the repairs. Ultimately we were able to have work on our car done with ATS, and we were given expert service, personal updates on the considerable work being done, and plenty of flexibility and communication given both my husband and I were shift workers with our car off the road. We couldn't be happier with both the work and guarantee we've received from ATS and will be continuing to have our transmission serviced here for years to come. An easy recommendation to any customer who values good quality work.

Outstanding customer service from John and the rest of the team. Was kept informed of different options for our VW multivan throughout the repair process.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our transmission was had it so it was rebuild or replace. He gave us options and tried to find one within our budget. Once we decided what to do he was very quick at getting the car fixed. Highly recommend them. Staff are very friendly too.

Took our Subaru there with a CVT issue for a free assessment. Booked it in a few days later and they fixed the issue within a few hours. Friendly and professional, knew I wasn’t getting ripped off. Nice people. I’d certainly recommend.

I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle and taken it to many mechanics. The customer service provided by John has been my best experience by far. He took the time to listen and asked questions about my vehicle and it's issues to make an accurate diagnosis. I would highly recommend John.
