Excellent and fast phone repair service. I came to this store and spoke to a friendly lady, think her name was Nicole, about my broken iPhone 8 and was quoted that I could get it done and picked it up within that day, rather than having it sent away. Very delighted with customer's services and affordable price

Pretty sure I dealt with the little lady Nicole and I have to say that the service was outstanding. I was concerned I had permanently scratched the glass on my Note 10 but she pointed me in the direction of a new repair/ screen cover kit that includes a type of glue that goes underneath the protector and well, what can I say? It looks like new again. I offered a tip I was so impressed with the result, but she offered her time with the price of the kit. Very friendly ladies and would recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a screen protector for my new phone at a cost of $49. That included a replacement protector in the first 12 months if anything was to go wrong. The protector started to peel off so I went back and had it replaced on the 31/12/20. I am having the same problem with this one 7 weeks after being put on. I took my phone back to the store today and they didn’t want to know me then told me that it has happened because of how the phone is being treated. I have never heard of so much rubbish . Buyers beware they use inferior products obviously. As for customer service they have none. They tried to sell me another one for $49. Shame on you!!!

I needed a new screen on an old iPhone so I could backup and transfer data to my new iPhone. The young gentleman running the store gave me a 25% discount after giving me a price I was already happy with. He didn’t have to do this but did. I highly recommend, it’s nice to see such strong values and such a personal approach.

Great staff! Absolutely great and quick phone repair It’s changed as brand new one I got amazing repair only within 30 minutes and they gave me a good deal for case and screen protector all function’s fine (front camera was blurry but it works fine now after fixing the screen) I’m greatly satisfied with repair, case and screen saver Thank you for quick repair and good customer service! I will come back when something needed I really appreciate it!

Five stars!They have awesome skills of repair. They well know what they do. I would like to recommend to repair here.Plus,my phone hasn't cracked yet even though I dropped it a lot of times after I put dome glass on my phone here.

appreciate all your efforts! I was there with totally broken screen and new phone. I got already the quote for smashed phone which is so much expensive. I cannot afford to make it, so asked to transfer all things to cheap new phone. They didn't hesitate to do it even though the store was very busy. took quite long time but they did revive all things from old phone. Thank you so much guys!! appreciate. surely come down to this store again once I need something for phone!!

Price of screen protector hugely exceeds rest of the market: charged $139 for a Samsung Note S8 Plus back cover ($44) and $79 + $16 for a glass screen protector! 'Buyer beware' is the lesson, as not one price is clearly labelled or listed so do your homework first. A search of retailers prices online - once I got over the shock - revealed no one is charging more than $39 for the curved glass protectors and the majority, $9.95! I struggled to hear the sales person and put it down to speaking through a mask. On reflection, each time I asked another question about the price, it got harder to hear the answer. But when I returned 15 minutes later after the protector was applied, the volume was loud and clear on the total price! I've only ever provided Google reviews for positive experiences. Not this time. I will, however, take some responsibility for rushing a decision when I could not hear the answers to the questions I was asking. In response to an email, head office offered a refund if I return the products (hence 2 stars instead of 1). But my trust in the retailer has been eroded. I'll wear the cost but want to make others aware to be aware!
