I've been using Purple Patch Doors for a decade now and whether it's for servicing or repairs, the quality of work and advice is consistently outstanding. Today I called them after the tension spring broke and Luke arrived shortly after and was able to do a temporary fix while custom parts are ordered. He was clear in letting me know what was needed and was efficient in getting the work done. A great customer experience

Quality service!Thank goodness Mick came today.Serviced my garage door on the same day I called!Fast, reliable, and professional service. Mick is a lovely, polite, and helpful gentleman. He didn't muck around. He realised just how busy I was and did everything he could to make my life easier. I'm about to start cycling around Australia for Guinness World Records and needed my house left secure.There's even an app available to open the door. As a cyclist, I appreciate having less to carry in my pockets and the additional security this provides me.I think Mick and I love bright colours.Bright cars stand out on the road.

He also was very professional and at the same time friendly. We highly recommend this company. We had a fantastic experience with Purple Patch Doors. James the technician was on time and called in advance to let us know of his arrival time. We had an issue with the belt which was replaceable but ended up going with a new unit due to the age of the motor. He even coded in our old remote to the new unit so now we have an extra one, which is always handy. Would highly recommend their services.

Recently had my 55 year old side sliding garage doors replaced with modern panel lift internet controllable doors. Purple patch doors did a great job, they quoted 6-8 weeks to have the doors manufactured and same day to remove the old doors and install the new doors. It was all done on time in 6 weeks and I highly recommend them.

We had a painful experience with another company leaving us with a broken garage door for over a week and estimating new springs would take another 3-4 weeks. Purple Patch came same day and we were fixed up 2 days later. Lifesavers! Easy, quick and efficient. Thanks Mick and Luke!

Had Mick from Purple Patch Doors in to replace my old, broken garage door system. He was excellent. Removed my old system and installed a new one very quickly. He helped fix a few bumps in my garage door as well. The service was great and so was the price. Mick was very friendly and professional, and I would 100% recommend Purple Patch Doors if you need a garage door or system repaired or replaced.
