Shop regularly on Mondays most of the time we use the same register and get served by Lauren who is friendly and efficient and makes our shopping experience a happy one.

Surprisingly great coffee for a service station starting at $1. Neat little service station packed with foodstuff. Staff are friendly as well.

Now that they have gotten rid of the full-service deli it has gone downhill. Has received a lick of paint and they've changed the locations of a lot of stuff, but the only deli meat you can get now is pre-sliced and in plastic. No increase in grocery range is apparent from this refresh, which is disappointing. The window over the freezer looks like it has been cleaned with a dirty, greasy rag. I rarely shop here now, especially during the Omicron outbreak, as the stock levels are inconsistent. The Fresh Produce section has lost its high standard of quality. Most of the time the cut watermelon looks inedible. The apples never look fresh. I go to the Supa IGA Doonside - almost fully stocked Fruit and Veg, have their in-house butchers and have a large service deli. This place gets more useless every day and the bread has no taste. And I can't stand all those frozen bread lines they bake" in the bakery each day.The in-store bread no longer has much taste and the price of so much has gone up."

It’s the worst coles I’ve been to. The fruit and veg is compost worthy, the shelves are always dirty and empty and the meat department, twice recently I’ve had to return meat that was off. I don’t have the ability to post the photos I’ve taken of vegetables that should not be for sale as they were half rotten. Disgraceful!

I take my elderly mother to this store as it's easy to get into and out of and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The store doesn't seem to stock everything that other Coles in the area has. Big plus is that Woolies are in the same centre, though.

I've been there a few times and it's usually not crowded. Nevermind seem an empty shelf. The experience here was better overall than other places ...

Today my wife was shopping at Kings Langley in preparation for our Honeymoon, we have a One year old Son who is coming along with Mum and Dad to Thailand. We have recently been informed as of May 10th there is no longer a restriction on Baby formula, so as to not cause any dietary issues with our Son while we are abroad we thought it best to purchase formula for the duration of our stay.My wife is from Thailand but is going through the process of becoming a citizen as she is currently a permanent resident. We plan to raise our Son here in the Kings Langley, Kings Park area as we have lived here for years and never experienced any form of racism only kind and friendly neighbors, I’ve always been so proud that we live in a culturally accepting area and this has made My Wife and I feel happy to send our Son to school in Kings Langley.Today my Wife purchased six cans of formula in preparation for our trip. She incorrectly purchased 4 of the wrong type and went to refund them. When she went to refund them she encounter a staff member named Lela, Lela accused my wife of doing the wrong thing and made a public spectacle of her. She was rude and racist in her actions, she refused to listen to my wife’s advice that the restrictions have been lifted. The Store Manager Amy overheard the commotion and intervened. Lela disappeared after her disgusting public display of racism and poor customer service into the back.My wife received the refund and returned to the car and cried. She cried for half an hour. She felt shame when she did not need feel this way. Lela public humiliation reduced a young mother who is trying to do the best thing for her child on Mothers Day.My Wife went shopping alone while as I put our son to sleep. My wife’s English is fine but when she is nervous or afraid she gets flustered and shy and her English suffers. My wife returned home in tears. She spoke to me about what happened and the thought of such racism occurring in our local shopping centre disgusted me.I wanted at least an apology from this woman. When we arrived the lazy foul woman Lela appeared and gave a weak apology, when I recorded her she quickly disappeared knowing her blatant racism was exposed. We spoke with Amy who advised that she had spoken to Lela. We all agreed that should Lela make a proper apology we would accept it and leave this matter in the past.Amy advised Lela of this and Lela refused.Such a disappointment that in our multicultural society Coles Kings Langley have employed a person with such poor manners, racism and little regard for what is correct. She could have been an adult and properly apologized.A simple apology would have been all we asked.I plan to spread this to every platform I can. I was raised in this area, and have always been proud of the kind people here. Lela is un Australian.
