Arranged 3 appointments with Louise, first one she called in sick, second one wasn't expecting anyone, third one didn't bother to show up or apologise for not doing so, she is now overseas recharging her batteries. This company shifted 4 times in South Brisbane when i first started with them, try someone else.

Possibly the worst Employment agency I've ever encountered. Four consultants in 6 months. Apart from Nikki (who is lovely) my experience was an unprofessional, disorganised and unhelpful agency where you have to chase them up constantly. Definitely do not recommend.

This is an employment provider that fails to provide for their jobseekers and their clients simultaneously, and the staff know it because the good ones keep quiting. If you want a self managed Jobseeker experience these guys are great. If you actually need help you should go somewhere that has more staff than just a receptionist.

Highly recommend Jay Nguyen, was my former employment agent at AMP Eastgardens. I was in need of work, and assistance to further study.. Jay done a fantastic job to give the necessary opportunities and requirements for me to complete field of study (security operations). It has helped lead in a direction of further study/and more work opportunities.
