Hinterland Toyota

This is the second new car I have bought from Hinterland Toyota and I could not be more delighted with the service and care I received from the whole team. I am particularly impressed with the service I received from my sales person, Chris Szabo, and he is the reason why I bought my second new Toyota from this dealership. I am impressed that he found me my gorgeous red Corolla Cross ahead of the scheduled time. Nothing is too much drama for Chris, even when I get crazy about the colour of the car I am buying. IWell done team Hinterland Robina for the seamless transition to my new car from my much loved Rav 4. I would not think of buying a car from any other dealership.

Originally, everything seemed promising, but I feel I got very let down, unfortunately.-clearly seeming to be a 2nd hand battery sold as new.-inspection on fluids but didn't actually notify me of the below low radiator fluid and old brake clutch fluid.- missed notifying me of an obvious clutch issue.- paid for a wheel alignment and I also just asked if they could rectify the left pull. Car still pulls hard to the left with no suggestions whatsoever.- checked the floor matt for correct fitting ..I don't want to take it back or to be rectified in any way. I just want to share my experience here.

Check their work to make sure you’re getting what you pay for. Once again they haven’t performed the works they’ve charge me for on the scheduled service.This would be the fifth time from both dealerships. I’m left wondering whether it’s a management direction to cut corners or whether they’re just incompetent. Either way check their workSupposedly greased tail shaft. I don’t think so

I am absolutely delighted with the excellent sales service I have received from Hinterland Toyota, and in particular from Graham Carruthers who looked after me throughout the entire process. I had been looking at replacing my Nissan Maxima sedan which had served me well for nearly 8 years. After doing my research I decided that a midsize SUV would now suit my wife and I. So I did the rounds of various Gold Coast car dealerships and tried out different makes and models of SUVs – both new and near new vehicles. In the end I decided that a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid would be my best choice.Before going to Hinterland Toyota to discuss a RAV4 purchase I did go to one of their opposition Toyota dealerships on the Gold Coast. The service and attention I received there was good, however I am pleased that I chose to take my business to Hinterland Toyota Nerang instead, where I received exceptional service. Because I wanted to buy a brand-new 2021 built RAV4, I knew there was a waiting list of a few months. Graham assisted me with the selection of the model, colour, interior trim, etc. Plus he also advised on the benefits of the protective treatments package, which I chose to have included.Graham kept me informed throughout the waiting period, which turned out to be four months. This is actually a little shorter than the current waiting time for my RAV4 Hybrid, which is such a popular vehicle. I was pleased that the actual delivery was 11 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. I picked up my new RAV4 last Thursday, which was the same day as my wife’s birthday. The sales team very kindly presented my wife with a huge bouquet of flowers, which was very much appreciated.The technology, safety, and enhanced driving features of the RAV4 are simply amazing. Graham has been excellent in providing explanations and demonstrations of how all the features, dials, buttons, etc work. I am still getting to grips with the features and Graham has been very patient and helpful in guiding me through these. All in all I am delighted with my new RAV4, and also I am very pleased that I chose to buy from Hinterland Toyota Nerang.

Bought a new car here couple of years ago. Sales staff were exceptional and friendly and genuine. Their attached service centre is extremely average. Longer than told wait times and the staff on desk there are unfortunately not very friendly or helpful

Never ever going back for service here again. They always call after dropping the car trying to upsell some service issues. Car battery died the very next day after service here. They had mentioned they inspected battery check. When I complained, their excuse was that this can happen with batteries. I wonder if they do anything at all when I drop the car for service.

His professionalism and helpfulness throughout the entire process were truly exceptional, and he was incredibly patient in answering all of my questions.Even when I had to cancel my order, Kai was understanding of my situation and provided me with clear instructions on what to do. He got back to me very quickly, which I appreciated.Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Hinterland Toyota Nerang, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota vehicle.
