Highly recommend for these reasons: very friendly staff, expert auto mechanics, accommodating, time-efficient, great customer careMy AC stopped working properly a while ago, and due to my fluctuating working hours, I struggled to book myself in anywhere in advance. E auto super friendly staff told me to simply drop by when suits me to do a triage on my AC. They found what was wrong in a matter of minutes and I was on my way with a functioning AC shortly after. Thank you so much!

After reading reviews prior to using this shop for my auto repair i feel the need to post this review.I came to E-Auto with a noise in my front passenger side. It was diagnosed as a tie rod.1. They did not bother to call me to inform me, i had to call them after waiting around all day without the car.2. After they replaced the part, i drove off and noticed 2 hours out they did not tighten the aligment nut.3.After replacing the tie rod and bringing it back to get re tightened the slight shake in my wheel still didnt go away (which they were aware of) i was told it was something that might have to do with the tires and may not be able to get rid of.4. After inspecting the vehicle myself i noticed a ripped CV boot on the EXACT SAME SIDE AS THE TIE ROD THEY REPLACED. Once i replaced the CV boot and re greased the half shaft, the shake went away.Moral of the story, this was a complete disaster of an experience. A careless repair performed on my vehicle.

We’ll I have been there a few times before and was great and got them to do 3 wheel bearings on 2 of my cars and did a road worthy as well the wheel bearings they did help me out so much because the older type wheel bearings and take a lot to do on each wheel and are quite difficult to do . That’s guys and Michael as well

Very fast, efficient, generous and friendly people. I needed to replace my tail light and they gave good recommendations on where to get spare parts. I brought the new parts back and it was replaced quick and easy. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone and friends.

Was on my way home after a cape York trip, and my car had trouble starting. I was a bit desperate to have it looked at so I continued my way home after my trip.They got me in straight away, diagnosed, bought parts and fixed it all in a couple of hours. As well as explaining and showing me the problems. I am SO thankful. Very highly recommended.

In Cairns from Brisbane, I was having trouble with my 4x4 towing the caravan. After having work done at E Auto my car is running like new.

Have been bringing my car here for a few years now!My car stopped working just before Christmas and these guys were flat out busy before their Christmas break!I was so stressed and they told me to swing past to see if there was anything they could do.The guys fixed my issue on the spot and I was atleast able to drive it through til they could fit me in for a proper service when they re-opened.Few weeks later and the guys are dealing with my sad and sick little car again, (and a stressed out lady, poor things! Lol) Fixed my car up to at least being safe to drive on the road.Always honest, always upfront on the costs, and they explain everything clearly to a girl that gets very stressed over car issues.Absolute legends!! Always highly recommended.Ladies, this is your safe place. Haha

Great service. Paid what they quoted. No extras on pick up. Money back on the radiator as he over quoted the job. Big thumbs up. Quality service and honest and trustworthy people running it. And all done on the day that it was booked. Thanks again guys.
