Car Services Prime

Prime recently performed an A Service on my car. I have tried many mechanics but Prime is by far the best shop I’ve been to. Quality workmanship for a great price. I recommend this mechanic shop if you’re looking to get your car fixed.

Booked my daughters car in for a full service. It was done very professionally and at a very good price. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Partner and I brought our car in for repair and we had an awful experience. Communication was poor, attempted to keep our car longer than agreed upon and not everything was fixed as they claimed. Had to go to another mechanic to get the rest of the job done. Do NOT recommend Car Service Prime!

Fantastic skilled service. I took my car to Prime and got a quote in an hour or so. Results were perfect. My car needed lots of different services and they were able to cover them all. Highly recommend, I will go back.

Awesome job from Pedro and the team. I had to a few issues to sort out with our car, and they managed to turn it around quickly. They even fix a problem they picked up while working on the car for free! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Very honest and affordable. I had another diagnostic with no sense, so they could sort the problem quickly and very professional.

They got me in the same day as my battery light flicked on, really nice and great service! - this was my review this morning after dropping my car off in what I thought was trusting hands. I’ve now taken my car back and put it in with another local mechanic who looked at their quote and laughed at how exorbitant it was. Their quote was initially 800 down to 700 but every other mechanic I called was 400 max. Just something to know - also I am a woman so it could be that they tried to take advantage of that. I’d recommend any other mechanic just down the road.

We brought our car for repairs to obtain a RWC. After sending them the failed RWC they proceeded to fix whatever they seemed necessary, while finding out a week later that they never even received the failed RWC. After leaving the shop 1 of 3 issues were actually fixed to pass the RWC. It would have been 2 of 3 but there was still a very noticeable knocking in the front drivers side suspension. Considering all this and with their attempt to keep the car longer than agreed upon/poor communication I believe we paid way too much for their services, or lack there of.Good effort, but none of below is true ⬇️

First, they did not show up for pick up on the day decided, agreed time was 9AM, I waited the whole day. Without any notice, phone call or email. Next day I called them to ask when they will pick up the car, then they agreed to send someone the next day, effectively 2 days after the agreed date. It made me work around my other plans to accommodate this impromptu change.Secondly, I requested for pick up and drop off after service of the car, but their mechanic forgot to keep the old parts in my car and left them at the shop only. I asked them for the parts and they asked me to wait until they get another customer in my area. I did not want to wait indefinitely so I asked for a specific date and time, whatever days later but the lady kept arguing that they are not obliged to drop the parts off, even though she agreed to leave the parts in the car when the service was done. She stopped responding to me as well. Ultimately I had to pick up the parts from their shop, leaving work aside.Extremely unprofessional, cannot be trusted, impolite too. Not a good way to treat customers.
