I’ve been with GMS for over 10 years now l have had everything from wheelchairs to beds with specialty mattresses, electric scooters and now have a recliner in the works. Couldn’t recommend them more highly Chris and Paul in particular are great to deal with. Nothing is to much trouble they go outta there way to make u happy. Couldn’t ever imagine going elsewhere to get my needs met.

Very poor Customer Service. When i rang to hire equipment, their response is we are out of stock. There was no offer to put me on a list for the equipment i was after so that i could be contacted when the equipment comes through. Poor service stops me from even wanting to purchase anything from this company due to not being helpful or showing genuine customer service to suggest other providers if they are unable to assist.
