Very scenic water spot. Access via gravel road ok for 2wd but quite corrugated so need to take it slow. Access from carpark to pool is okay via stairs. Access for a swim could be challenging for some. Either through murky edge or via slippery rocks to get into clear water. Good swimming spots further downstream but no designated track to get there ... just make your way along the bank through bushes and rocks. With better access to swim this would rate 4 stars.

Peaceful spot, adventure opportunities for kids with calm water for swimming and canoeing, rocks to climb, and an island to explore. Pit toilets and change rooms near upper carpark. Telstra reception, but no Optus. No picnic tables. Not wheelchair friendly. 8.5 km of gravel road to access.

Nice water hole. Not suitable for young children 0 to 6. As has no bank. However I did enjoy it. Surrounded by trees and listening to birds

Can be difficult for people to jump in if mobility is an issue, top swimming hole and fresh water!

Great drive on the dirt Rd,Great place for a swim few pools to choose from movi g water atm.Safe slippy rocks be careful but lovely surroundings tall trees.

Great spot, we stopped there on a wet winters day but worth the drive. On a nice this would be a great place for a picnic.

I cannot say enough beautiful words to describe this elegant little patch of Earth. Scarp Pool would have to be the most relaxing place to unwind, read a book, go hiking, swing off a rope swing, swim in a fresh water river system and so much more.

Scarp Pool
An easy gravel road into scarp pool that any 2wd vehicle could drive. Very cold waters but beautiful surrounds. We visited on the last day of October so all the beautiful blue sun orchids were open. A handful of steps down to the water so anyone on wheels would be a challenge (wheelchairs, prams). We would love to come back to explore other areas of the waters.

Nice quiet place for a swim . No spot to sit near the water . Be prepared to walk up and down steps a few times if doing a day trip
