They don't back their product, bushes shot after 26,000 K & they don't want to know. Will uses OZ TEC for our customers vehicles in future.Finally took time off work & lost money to sort this out, the second photo is of the left side eyes bushes they basically fell out as they where split in two pieces as you can see. The right where in two pieces also, I wonder why they where so noisy & you could feel it over every bump it was not right. The shackle bushes where no where near as bad only two where worn, don't want any future problems so bin all of them.Did some investigation on this issue & was told by a number of our other suppliers they know, as this company went to a cheaper oversea's supplier for their bushes & this is what happened. You get what you pay for, we all know that. The bushes are not that expensive, when compared to the labor to do the job or to rectify it. When most suspension up grades are around $3 K you think the components would last as long as the factory product which is designed to last for five year unlimited K's as long as you are not thrashing the vehicle & maintaining services ect. Anyway the vehicle is fit for purpose now.

I asked for a hot leaf spring reset and they gave me a cold reset. They told me after that it would take 3 days to do a hot reset. Lies. Now the leaf springs are sagging again. If they don't like this review they can give me my $550 back and I'll remove it.

Garth and Michael are great blokes and know what they are doing. My 4wd required attention to springs and shocks and they set it up very well. Great price and excellent attention to detail. After building my new fitters truck from the ground up I decided to get the suspension reset to accommodate the additional weight.After receiving my truck back I found the rear suspension sagging and the front suspension excessively high and rigid to the point it was throwing you out of your seat.When I got the vehicle home I inspected the truck to find my bullbar eye bolt washers missing and the bullbar scratched from having the bar too far through the eye bolts. I also noticed my rear undertray toolboxes to have been hit/pressed to gain access to the rear springs, the boxes were also not where I had originally mounted themWhen I initially contacted carrolls about the rework I was informed the technician was not in that day and may not be around much longer due to their workmanship, various pictures were taken and I was informed to reschedule at an appropriate time.18/5/21 - I brought the truck back to get the faults rectified, soon after I was contacted and informed that carrolls are denying any responsibility for the scratches, bullbar washes, and toolbox marks/fitting locationAfter paying in excess of $2000 you expect better service, workmanship and quality. Not only is the suspension worse than when I brought it in I am now stuck with a repair bill to rectify the faults caused by carrolls.My truck has taken in excess of 18 months to build and the suspension was one of the last things to do.Choose wisely who you get to do work on your pride and joy, obvious I made the mistake of trusting Carrolls to do their speciality""

Bought a new 2 inch lift front end to replace old sagged springs. Only to to have them installed and sit at 4 inches. Called Carrolls to have them tell me it was new shackles I needed to fix the issue, however the shackles I received did not even fit my car. Then told me it was my bull bar not being heavy enough for the springs (55-70kg load bearing), with me sitting on the bar as well (130kgs) the springs dropped 20mm.After all that they admitted to sending me the wrong springs and I got fed up and ordered a different kit from a different supplier. All they can offer me is a refund of anything that’s not been installed. How are you meant to know it’s the wrong lift without installing it and having the people from Carrolls assure you it’s the right parts for a 2inch lift. The springs and other parts installed have been in and driven only 5kms home.Carrolls have also been a pain to deal with, I was hung up on as well as being told I was going to be contacted the next day which resulted in me having to call them 2 days after they said they would contact me. Still waiting on the email for details on where to send the shackles that didn’t fit for my $80 refund on the $2000 worth of parts I bought from them.Highly disappointed with them and how they’ve handled it.

Yesterday had rear leaf springs fitted to my 4x4 LWB Sprinter Motorhome. Drove out the driveway and said “hell yeah”. Another 100 kms and totally satisfied. Rides smoother. Hugs the road better. More stable. Very noticeable improvements. Should have done it long ago. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you guys. Bob Jackson.

I had my rear springs reset and two leafs added to my new 2016 Mazda duel cab Ute as it was hanging very low with the amount of tools etc that i carry. At the Wacol store their service was spot on and fixed my springs back to where they should be. Good price and great job done. I would recommend them for any one needing suspension work on there pride and joy. Great job fellas. cheers.
