Incredibly disappointed at the lack of notice. I booked an appointment in advance during the “bulk-billing hours” to avoid paying out of pocket costs. I took a day off from work for this appointment and made my way all the way from Wallan to see the doctor. Only to find out on the spot that i must pay for the appointment. I asked why is that because I wasn’t told about any of this at the time of booking.uu The receptionist said that the change is applied as of today! Wow. Some advance notice would have been nicer so i could have made the plans accordingly. If i was to pay out of pocket i might just gone to a clinic nearby or come at a later time and would not have had to take a day off work. What a waste and there was zero apology offered. The least the clinic could offer was to oblige the previously booked appointments at former agreements. The waiting times have not changed that much either. The doctors are lovely but i think the administration really needs to improve their practice and conduct. I was charged out of pocket even though the signage on their doors states otherwise (refer to the photos)

I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the clinics service's . Highly professional from every department. A fair bit of waiting at times due to the large amount of patients waiting. However everyone are doing their best to meet each & everyone's needs. Can't complain. Extremely happy.

Got to hear all about the receptionists ex and other very unwanted personal talk at a volume you could hear with magnificent acoustics but alas I was not there for a live symphony orchestra nor do I ever want to hear someone shrill screech excited when I'm at a medical clinic thank you.Complete with loud swearing with children around. That was a nice touch.I get it was a Saturday and it was pretty empty but that is incredibly unprofessional behaviour weekend or no.No intention of coming back if we have the choice what a terrible first impression.

Called three times, and each time I waited 30 minutes for reception to pick up the call yet nobody picked up. I understand the practice can get busy but it is unacceptable for patient to not be able to talk to a receptionist or customer service representative regarding a pressing matter. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Whenever I have called in the past there have been many times nobody has picked up the call.Please talk to your reception staff or customer service representatives or if there is understaffing issues please address. I understand if this was a bulk billed place as it was in the past but now that you charge your patients your service should reflect so too.

That would be a zero if possible. My son had cold/covid symptoms on Friday so did the right thing and stayed home from school. Because of VCE attendance requirements, needed a certificate. Could not get an appointment on Friday. Clinic screening about covid symptoms stated he needed to do a telehealth for first available appointment on Saturday evening. Doctor then sent through a Patient declaration" certificate saying my son "is stating he was unable to study ... due to a medical condition but was not seen by any doctor in this clinic." Reception staff said because he was not seen on Friday could not backdate certificate

A bit understaffed at reception but I got to see the excellent Dr. Palmyra and she was great, also a really nice nurse helped me. So many services on offer and handy having a pharmacist in the building. Shame it's not bulk-billing anymore though.

The centre has always been a good place to visit a doctor. My recent experience was awful after making an appointment to see Dr Thomas Vaiopoulos I was kept waiting for over 2 hours and by that point I was very frustrated and left in disgust. I have since contacted the centre Management who keep saying its not their fault as the Dr is not an emplyee or contrator and therefore its not their responsibility to act on his behalf. In the meantime I have not had an apology from the Dr nor have I been compensated for my time that was wasted. It is not reasonable to expect a wait time of more than 2 hours with an appointment.I most certainly will not be booking a time with Dr Thomas Vaiopoulos ever again! as I my time is also valuable.

Disgustingly run practice. Which is a shame as there’s a few really great doctors here.I’ve been spoken to incredibly rudely by reception staff previously and today was told they had moved from a bulk billing clinic to fully private - I was never informed of this despite making my appointment before this change (which I reiterate, was never communicated).Don’t go here - the administration and reception staff are awful.

This clinic is great. Reception staff are lovely and go above and beyond.Range of Doctors to see, including understanding women's health GP's.The Primary Care Nurse, Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. She is caring in nature, has a large knowledge base and is extremely empathetic.Jasmine made me feel at ease and listened to me. Thank you Jasmine for all that you do.

The doctor I have seen has been mostly lovely and the dentist was okay too (since left), but the service surrounding them is just poor.Twice I have booked appointments on hotdoc with clear confirmation emails showing, and then arrived only to find that the appointment wasn't in their system. Once they managed to fit me in (thank you!). The second time the reception didn't even seem to care and offered no flexibility or apology, and I just had to rebook in several weeks. Then they asked for me for my payment details to charge me if I didn't show - just after they'd basically done the same. Again, this reflects not at all on the GP, but unfortunately very much impacts my experience as a patient.They did not advise any previously booked patients of a sudden jump from no gap fee to a $64-$105 gap fee. This is basic courtesy to inform your patients, and is a sudden and large jump. I understand everyone deserves to be adequately paid, and cancellation fees are the norm, but not everyone's wages are rising to cover all these increases, and we also deserve the courtesy of being informed, so we can make an informed decision about whether we continue to receive a service.After my first dental appoint they let me know the dentist was leaving the practice - so back to the drawing board seeking to find a dentist in Melbourne.When I came to pick up a dental item, that person was not even there anymore, and there was no support to even see if this item fitted right. They just handed it to me, took my money and sent me on my way.The pharmacy is lovely and professional, as are the pathology section.Unfortunately, while the professionals themselves are okay, I don't recommend this clinic. I am looking elsewhere.
