I recently ordered 30 plants with pots from The Good Plant Co for individual staff Xmas gifts. We were on a tight timeframe and also had a limited budget.Alecia could not have been more helpful, swift or accommodating and our plants and pots arrived in time and look absolutely fantastic. WOW! What stunning plants. I received 2 small plants with 2 gorgeous pots and I absolutely love them! They were packaged so carefully on arrival that I had a hard time getting them out of the box. They look incredibly cute and pretty on our desks. Highly recommend the Good Plant Co. Fantastic service and quality products! I will be back for more.

Horrible experience... They just want your money. They don't except parcel lockers so they are very happy to keep your money if you don't give a home address immediately. They send plants with the most ridiculous un-environmentally friendly package. Furthermore, they send the wrong plant and never reply to your complaint... Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Plant was delivered in good condition and healthy. But the $80 pot turned out to be plastic… incredible rip off when you can source a beautiful true ceramic pot at Bunnings for $20.

Sent a plant as a gift and it arrived in a black ugly pot. Thought at the price it included a nice pot as pictured, therefore think it was somewhat overpriced.

I purchased three plants recently and they were all delivered within 4 business days which given the current delivery issues experienced by most companies, is phenomenal!All three plants arrived healthy and in their pots! Special shoutout to Alicia for changing the courier date for me at the last minute as I couldn't be home.

The Good Plant Co provided us with 10 of the most outstanding indoor plants that I have ever seen. Delivered with care and perfectly presented, can't recommend highly enough.

These guys are excellent!! Professional, kind and a genuine love for what they are doing!I had a little hiccup (which was due to me) and Alecia was so receptive and swift in contacting me when requested to put my mind at ease with my problem. I didn't lookup where they were located and was concerned with delivery time but everything from go to woah was taken care of and although not a fan of the courier company used (again just personal dislike of Aramex) the plant was received in great condition due to not only how it was packed but the care of handling before it went to the courier.Would highly recommend The Good Plant Co to anyone and will definitely be back to purchase plans in the future.
