Went to take sparkplugs back that didn’t fit boat motor ( we were told to bring them back if they didn’t fit) heard the lady down the back have a go at the young male working for her. Then came up to my partner and i and spoke to us in a very unprofessional matter. Was not happy at all she made us keep the plugs and pay extra for different ones. Never had a issue with service but she just ruined it. Will not be spending money there while she is still being a moody person because of the power in her position as a manager there. Expect better for less
