This is the second time I’m using CQ Flooring, this time for my investment property, Sajjad was professional and prompt with his service, always accommodated our needs, he came to the property at 7pm to do the inspection. Big mention to Mey for handling our project, he made sure everything is completed to the highest standards. The installers were prompt and on time everyday and finished the job within the time frame we had. I would definitely use CQ Flooring again.

My last email was on the 14th of June in response to your first reply.*UPDATEDespite what the comment below states about the issue being resolved, it is not. CQ Flooring has still not replied to any emails, nor have they refunded the money that they owe us which we have in writing from the company.Awful customer service. We paid $2750 for levelling and were left with floors so unlevel we could feel it under our feet. Upon further investigation it was discovered that there was a 30mm difference in height across the whole house. They promised they would refund the money of the levelling in December 2022, written in an email after they fixed the floor in January. The job was completed February 7th after we hired an external person to fix their mistake. There has been no refund. They have since ignored every email, text etc since. VCAT is now involved.

Bitterly disappointing. Made clear from day one that we needed the floor fitting in a single day. Were told that with ten days notice, a team of three could do that. Gave 17 days notice, got one installer, and it took three days. As a result, our entire build has been blown out, with contractors now juggling our job with other commitments. Those two extra days will effectively push our completion day out by two weeks (at best, if we’re lucky), and we’ve had to cancel a break because of it.What made it worse was that when I sent the company an email begging them to find some extra hands, they didn’t reply and they didn’t call me. Despite my saying “it can’t bleed into three days” - which is exactly what happened - they still didn’t have the courtesy to return my message or even apologise.The installer, Matt, was fantastic. He did a fabulous job, not least because he was in a really awkward position, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I wish I could say the same about CQ. They over-promised, they under-delivered, and we’re yet to hear a single word back from them on that.

I used cq flooring to have flooring installed and Matt who was our installer was unbelievable. His attention to detail was amazing, his work ethic was of the highest standard, was always on time and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend.
