Officeworks Jandakot

Absolutely bottomed out for the ultimate in bad service. It’s got worse and worse so that now there’s obviously a culture of bad service is being spread by the senior people. They have perfected a technique of pretending to address the query with an aisle number or example. If this answer was the second such answer, due to being palmed off once already, then those who’ve ‘mastered’ the palm off have a second palm off answer when you ask for further help, ie that you could’nt find it. They then have further techniques, to give the impression they’re addressing the request. But you cannot get any help. They are determined not to help. Maybe in another years time, I will try this Officeworks again, otherwise I will need to try another Officeworks branch. And obviously anything that can be easily sourced from another company, They will miss out on the business entirely. These sort of people need to understand that they are at work anyway, so they may as well do a good job. The amount of effort required to avoid the work, ultimately requires the same amount of work as doing the work.

This was my first time visiting Officeworks Jandakot and I was really impressed. It was Saturday 1st April, there were 2 young looking guys working on the floor, and I had a walk around the shop, knowing what I was looking for, but having no idea where the product was located.So after a browse and being impressed with how clean and well laid out the store is, I walked past the 2 young workers and asked them where I'd find what I was looking for. They were so polite and showed me exactly where to go. Then it was perfect, the woman who served me at the checkout was so warm and efficient at the same time. 5 star experience. Thank you.

I bought Norton online they sent me product key with no link. The steps they give out can’t be followed because of this and when I enter product key in Norton website I am being charged when I already paid. From this experience I will not buy from officeworks again. Terrible customer service.

Huge selection of items. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good prices and always ample parking available.

We visited your Jandakot store a few days before school went back. The store was crazy busy, stressed people everywhere. Amongst the craziness was the most lovely young gentleman, “Jake” who was very helpful, as well as polite, patient and friendly. You’re lucky to have him and I hope you can pass onto him what a wonderful job he is doing.

Poor service. Print shop couldn't scan and print a basic b/w print on the spot as the rule is needs to be booked 24 to 48 hrs. All other stores do same job in the spot. It wasn't busy... just rubbish service. I'll go to O'Connor inb the future

Seriously Ofticeworks when you do a click and collect do I still need to follow the queue to the cashier to show my order number and then wait for item? This is not the first time but seems a regular Occurrence at this store . PS I am a business customer

Good service by the tech guy helping me with a printer choice... thank you! However the checkout staff was atrocious. Paying by business account and Chantelle (?) Had no idea and was unprofessional. Then my next lovely experience was the store lady who tried to take a birthday card off my 4yo like she stole it! If your job is to watch people how about watch me and my children pay for the things and not accuse people of stealing. I think her name was Gemma. staff need some serious training. Disappointing experience for a shop we frequent many many times.

Just had a very helpful experience with Livey at Cockburn store. Walked me through how to set up with a self serve card and showed me how to complete the printing process. Great staff member

My documents for church printed weirdly but Laila was a huge help and delivered fantastic customer service. She managed to sort the problem and re print everything, and even offered a refund for the incorrect documents :)
