Put thermo in for service. 4 hours later we have it back. Everyone was super friendly. Thank you so much for looking after (Ernie).

I am very impressed with the customer service. My thermomix is 11 years old and and error 70 kept coming up. I rung the service centre last Monday, posted it to them on Tuesday, by Thursday it was fixed and I have it back already. They kept me informed every step of the way. 5 stars from me . Thank you.

Unbelievable service. Drop in TM31 for a service on Monday, it was couriered to my door by Wednesday!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I’d purchased from a store with an ethical refund policy because thermomix has treated its customers appallingly. Thousands of defective machines are out there in the market place and thermomix refuse to disclose the nature of the defect to customer satisfaction. What, exactly, is the defect on the recalled TM31s and how was the fix devised? Was there a manufacturing error? What went wrong that the machines can not be used as shown at demonstrations? Until we have these answers thermomix are still withholding vital information. Recall and refund all of the customers with this defective batch of machine and stop making hollow apologies that mean nothing to the people you have figuratively, literally and will potentially burn when the green seals wear out over time.

Pathetic customer service! ordered 3.5weeks ago! still no machine, no communication about delays! was told 7-10 working days - nope! when I called, oh we've had to move stock around, well, how about a call saying sorry there's been a delay! a little bit of customer service goes a long way! right now I feel like it's take my money and don't deliver! if i could give 0 stars I would. This is not in relation to the machine or my consultant, just the company itself.

Can I not give them no star? Worst company I have ever dealt with. The refuse to answer your questions. Have issues with the TM31 then only sends out a seal to fix it, seal didn't fix it but apparently they don't care as you just get a stock standard reply and not to even speak of the fact that half of their customers was deceived as they bought out a new machine and still sell the old ones to customers. Drives me insane that they get away with things

Customer service was a bit confused at the beginning and didn't give the right contact details to the Thermomix consultant so I had to wait quite a while till I actually could order. Delivery was super fast though. Definitely check your Thermomix carefull for delivery damages as long as the consultant is there for the first cooking experience! Had some scratches on the screen but didn't see them while cooking with the consultant because I was too excited. Had a good laugh with Lian from the customer service after I figured out that the screen protection was still on the screen. But still - It showed me how fast you can miss something if you´re excited, so always check your Thermomix. Thanks again for the great customer service Lian.

Great experience with Kate in customer service who quickly helped me and got me on way. And, no appointment in advance, I just dropped in!

Excellent telephone/customer service from Kaz who fixed my problem over the phone, saving me a potential trip to their repair department. It was a user error, not a fault with the machine. Have had my TM for nearly 10 years and would not be without it. An excellent product.
