Bought a watch today. I asked for links to b taken out 3 times. The lady was not fussed at all. Very patient and lovely.

I had such a great customer service experience at this store.ALL of the staff were so lovely and, most importantly, very helpful!I would give more stars if it were possible lol.

came in quite a few times over the span of a couple of weeks as I had a watch picked out for myself online, it was in then sold out then ordered in then the strap needed adjustment then they didn't have the tools etc. every staff member I interacted with was professional and helpful in the process. had some hiccups out of their control however they were transparent and professional through the whole process. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to trust their luxury purchase with as every step was followed up with properly with paperwork.

I have had my engagement ring from Angus & Cootes since August. After a month or two i decided to get it resized as it was slightly too big. After a week and a half i received my ring back however the jeweler had 'filed' the under side of the ring and was quite sharp so i took it back to get fixed. They agreed to send it back to Head Office to get it fixed. After two weeks we went to get the ring and they were very apologetic and had decided to completely replace my ring. The ladies at Angus & Coote were very helpful and i would highly recommend the store!

It seems like they don’t sell any jewelry above 9k or 10k? The lady that served us was awesome though. Very friendly and helpful.

I went online and saw a watch I liked. Not wanting to waste my time, I called in to see if it was available at Penrith. When I went in, Amanda had recognised my voice over the phone! She had the watch ready and waiting for me even though I hadn't asked. What stellar service! I hope you appreciate what an asset Amanda is, both to your store and to your brand.

APPALLING customer service! We bought a watch from another Angus and Coote (Brisbane) but it was losing time. We took it to this branch in Penrith Westfield and the shop assistant suggested we go to a nearby shop to have the battery replaced. We did this but within hours it was losing time again. We brought it back to this branch to ask for a replacement or refund and the manager refused. She said that because it had been opened in order to replace the battery the warranty was now voided. The previous shop assistant was not there and this manager denied that any of her staff would have given the advice to have the battery replaced. She now said that we could have this brand new watch repaired: but at OUR expense!UPDATE: A few days later we took the watch to another branch of Angus and Coote, explained the problem and got a replacement without question! Which just confirms the bloodymindedness of this branch manager!

The service I received from both Liz and Amanda was excellent, they went over and above my expectations. Highly recommended, I wont be going anywhere else but the Angus and Coote at Penrith for future purchases. They are assets to the company and brand.

So many pieces to choose from. I had my ring resized. Very friendly, pleasant staff.

10 stars. The manager of the store on boxing day sales was magnificent! She priced matched from another store which I had a bad experience on the same day and kept apologising for something that wasn't her fault to the point of at least 5 times. She made jokes and was very friendly. I have purchased many thing from this store and will keep going back! Congratulations to this store, I've never had a issue and the ladies are extremely nice! Check out this store if you ever go to Westfield Penrith!
