Don't normally review places but Sutherland Shire Automatics has really blown me away. George was extremely helpful and got my imported vehicle's transmission fixed, we agreed on a price and they went to work. Came back like new and even fixed up some other issues I had. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Really appreciated this team, great service and trustworthy. Was quoted for a full new gearbox replacement and new transcomputer from another mechanic with a low km car. Brought it over and within the next day they had a fix for it that did not require a whole new gearbox. So thankful after getting the run around by many other mechanics.

This family owned business of brothers with decades of experience Came highly recommended to me by many people they built me a complete automatic gearbox with a quick turnaround and very reasonable price. Edit: Really? Your business didn't use new stretch bolts which led to the inevitable expensive failure for me. When I called up about this you said it was not your problem.

This is a family owned business - three brothers and their wives. They are incredibly genuine and honest. I dealt with both George and Michael. Whilst my vehicle was being repaired (at short notice) I was driven to and from the train station.After the job was completed I was shown all the parts that had been replaced - thereby explaining how the scope & cost of the job was kept to a minimum. SSA gave my 2002 Toyota RAV a new lease of life - thereby giving me substantial cost benefit.I was hugely impressed by the level of professionalism & understanding displayed throughout the process.
