Cheap storage and great service. Peter is always helpful and flexible and the storage is clean. Only downside is no 24hr access but the prices reflect this. Great for storing long and short term.

Don’t go here!Wanted access to our storage shed. Sent text to ask if open and was told “yes, get a life”. This is not the first time we have had issues getting access.They have a gate but there is no automatic code entry. Rates are comparable to competitors.Not recommended as customer service is rude!Let’s the team down as removalist team were awesome!

DON'T!!!!!!! store your things at this rat infested place. Rudest removalists too. Had to throw half my things away and get the other half cleaned & fumigated. Devastated by the experience. I had fully trusted this place. It changed a lot after the original manager died this year

Unfortunately the goal posts seemed to change during the move in terms of cost and need to return to do a piano the next day as they did not have enough men despite being advised of the piano multiple times prior. The move all up took 12.5 hours. I was able to negotiate not to pay the extra $150 they tried to advise me of on the day of the second part of the move in relation to the piano but was then told it was a three hour minimum despite it being the company that did not adequately prepare for the move. This led to them not taking any of my items of the truck until I had agreed to pay their costs. I have used this company before and had a different experience but this time was very disappointing in relation to the planning and execution of the move. Next time I will be getting a written quote and unfortunately won't use this company again due to this experience.
