Businesses are using the good old there's been a price rise due to covid" strategy. Whilst I agree that there have been some slight price rises due to covid ... some companies are putting their 'own' premiums on top."

I have been looking for a colorbond fencing contractor for my job in Pakenham. I contacted this company on recommendation from Pakenham Mettroll. I made a phone enquiry and told to draw something and email it.As it was a bit custom and not standard I decided to attend their showroom for my quote.The lady at reception was polite , helpful and friendly.However it was a little complicated for her so she asked for assistance from somebody.This is when everything went south!!!!!!A tall , grumpy , arrogant old man came to reception and spent the next few minutes making me feel like a fool . He was not interested at all.He suggested I didn't know what I wanted despite not listening to my requests.I have been in the building industry for almost 40 years , I guess I will do it myself.I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE CLOWNS !!!!!!!!!!!!Give your job to somebody who wants it.If I could give ZERO stars it would still be too many.Pete

I called new style fencing it was a very bad line i didn't even get a chance to move and terry hung up on me twice i don't know how they do business like that I couldn't possibly recommend them

Great place to shop, I get most of my parts from here. The owner Jeff and his wife are fantastic plus the lady’s behind the front desk Kerrie and Dale. The working staff are very helpful when it comes with loading materials and advice.
