We recently purchased a property through Renouf Real Estate. Jayson was a breath of fresh air to deal with, so honest and easy to talk to, something not easy to find in western suburbs real estate. Was also very quick and flexible with any request we had.

Jayson is without question one the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agents in the Western Suburbs. I've purchased and leased out numerous properties through Renouf Real Estate and have only had positive experiences.

Called Property Manager to arrange a viewing for a property listed with this company. The Property Manager informed my friend they would be in contact shortly. Failed to return call. We went to the office to speak with the Property Manager, who was in no hurry to do anything. Had waited an entire day to do absolutely nothing that she stated that she would do. When she came to greet my friend who was applying for the house, she then instructs him to move on , then starts quoting law, that was actually not even legislated in the state , but rather Queensland law. She came across as extremely egotistical, and this is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Overall impression of the lady was very poor indeed. I won't be recommending this business in the future. Tenants bring in income to real estate agents. They should be regarded just as highly as a landlord or seller. Without a Tenant, there is no need for a Property Manager. There is a lot to be said for professional conduct, and this particular Property Manager certainly lacked any professionalism. Upon first approach this Property Manager would easily be the most rude that I have ever encountered, hence the review.

I used Jayson Renouf to sell my house in Brassey street Swanbourne.A similar house sold for $275000 less than what I got 12 months earlier from a different agency. Jaysons work ethic was second to none. Couldn't recommend Renouf real estate highly enough.
