I ordered a hoist from these guys through Bursons. Initially at the time of the deposit was told by Bursons that it'll take a few weeks, followed by a call from the alemlube rep saying that it'll take 6 weeks. Eight weeks later there was no communication whatsoever. After multiple attempts of trying to get in touch, was told that it'll take another 4 weeks. Absolute waste of time and very poor communication throughout. Do your research. Go for a company that offers prompt service with good communication specially in industries where downtime costs a lot.
