I’ve had my work uniforms cleaned here for over 10 years. The staff are lovely. Friendly, easy-going and with ready smiles. I’ve left a few things in my pockets over the years too - and I’ve always had everything returned.

Got my suit and shirts dry cleaned yesterday for a christening I had for the next day. What a terrible job. Shirt is completely starched, stiff and has wrinkles on the front pockets! Stains on my white shirt... When I called up to ask for a refund they told me that cannot be done and all they can do is offer a apology and to bring it back. Like I'm going to trust them to try and fix it! Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else as it has now turned what was mean to be a good day into a very stressful day looking for a new suit.Stay away people.

Horrible experience. I had a pair of pants dry cleaned that have been done several times before with no issues, completely ruined and the customer service to deal with the issue was atrocious. Just handed me a print out of all the possible reasons why this can occur, refused to give a refund for even the dry cleaning and told me it's not our problem." If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. Took my suits here to get dry cleaned and they absolutely ruined them. Called to get a refund as we needed them that day and received an absolutely rude lady, who only offered an apology. Not only had she given us the stress of finding a new suit, she absolutely ruined what was meant to be a calm day. No refund given for such a terrible service. Will be taking this matter further.

Would absolutely not recommend masters dry cleaning. They RUINED my wedding dress. Took it in for dry cleaning, stated they could clean it within 2 weeks (my dress was spotless besides a few grass marks at the bottom), returned it in a box. Opened the box the next day and it was BROWN & BLUE! Absolutely ruined. No one mentioned about the colour when we picked it up. Just shoved it in the box and gave it back to us. Even admitted they questioned the colour, but did not query it with us.No apology. Horrible customer service.Demanded I left it there for them to ‘try again’, otherwise I was taking a brown dress home with zero compensation/refund.Got a text two days later saying to send through bank details for some compensation. Took a week, no apology, no explanation. And NO wedding dress.Do not get anything cleaned here. Absolutely horrible. Stay away!!!

Had a bit of a suit emergency that needed same-day cleaning. Not only did they get it done but they got it done an hour earlier than they quoted. Very grateful!
