Castle Rock Lookout
400m reasonably flat and easy walk in. Castle Rock itself is fairly small by comparison with others of the same name but pleasant enough with its large somewhat geometric rocks. The area is just high enough to allow a good appreciation of the surrounding plains with more distant hills and ranges.A small shelter with table and benches lets you sit in comfort for a time.Well worth it if you have a spare 30 minutes or so in the area.
