First time visiting the shop, staff were really polite even when I tried to enter through the exit door.Made me feel like everyone does it.Extremely knowledgeable about all things shooting, recreational and legal.Purchased my ammunition and guided me in the right direction. Great service can recommend “Shooters Delight” to all shooters.

The owner and staff of Shooters Delight are very welcoming and friendly. I have just bought my second firearm from Shooters Delight and I must say, the staff are very helpful and take the time to listen to your requirements. It is a very busy store and everytimeI have been in there, whether it is for ammo, accessories, guns, enquiries, etc, the staff there always provide you the best service they can. My last experience was awesome, with the staff member taking his time with me to explain things about my firearm and scope. He was very knowledgeable and he also set my scope up for me. He showed me various options for scopes and scope rings and never pushed me to go for one particular brand. He explained the differences about various scopes and scope rings. Very happy with the service I have received at Shooters Delight and the owner also has no issues communicating via email when ever I have questions. I was well taken care of by a bloke named Sam today, knowledgeable, charismatic and very patient with me who knows little about firearms. he did up my PTA for the Rossi citadel .357 levtac quickly and answered all my questions professionally. Shooters Delight will be my gun store of choice for all my shooting needs. Highly recommend these guys.

Visited the store pre Christmas. First impressions; very good selection of high quality products. The team in the store was responsive and great to talk with, they answer questions and give quality advice. Worth visiting and having as your local dealer. I'll be purchasing from them again.

These smaller gun shops seem to be big on service. Staff are friendly and generally knowledgeable.I had a particular setup I wanted to achieve. A 22 for the range and pests, a 223 for reaching out 400m mark with a bit of reliability. These were my first rifles since coming to Aussie from NZ and had been 15 years or so since I last purchased a firearm so the compliance system was a bit more indepth from days of old. Dealt with a bloke called Evan who stepped me through the red tape and listened to me dribble on and was patient enough to put up with my constantly changing mind. Pricing was competitive and the service was fantastic.Thanks to all the staff.

Jake here, I went in to Shooters Delight today and all I can say is these guys give exceptional customer service. I needed some help with filing out a few PTA’s which they gladly helped, along with spending the time going through a few different shotguns with some pros and cons of each model they were more then happy to advise me to take my time and to have a think about it and no need to commit to choosing anything on the day. It’s a stark contrast to most gun shops where if you’re not there throwing money at them they won’t give you the time of day.Unreal job guys, you will definitely be my home gun shop. Keep up the great service!!

As a new participant to the sport of target shooting I could have easily been overwhelmed by amount of information around which brands and models of equipment to buy, but luckily enough I made the decision to deal with Shooter's Delight.From my very first contact right through to picking up my order I could not have asked for a better experience. The team is super knowledgeable and very approachable, a bonus for someone like me who's just getting into this hobby. There was a real risk with some other stores I approached of being treated as a big of a mug and an easy upsell target due to my lack of experience, however this wasn't the case with Shooter's Delight.The store is immaculate, with just about everything you could need for just about any discipline, not to mention hunting and outdoors in general and I'm more than happy to drive the hour to get there simply because it's one of those rare places you don't seem to come across much any more where service is still king and you actually come away feeling like a valued customer rather than a sales number.Thanks to Pietro and the team at Shooter's Delight for an amazing experience so far and a special shout out to Dutch, an absolute legend. It can’t be over stated how refreshing it is to find a business with such a strong focus on customer service, with sound advice and the willingness to go the extra mile without being asked.With all the delays in the process in Qld at the moment and constrained supply chains Pietro was always just an email away and put up with multiple changes to my order and long delays.I choose Shooter’s Delight as Pietro was one of the instructors for my Safety Course and found his style direct, easy to follow that made the day very positive for new people to the sport.When I picked up my new rifle, Toby was exceptional, nothing was too much or too hard. Answered all my questions and then some.Set up the rifle for me with the bipod, installed the AimPoint and laser sighted it in for me. Went over cleaning it for the first time and didn’t try to up sell me on a heap of stuff I don’t need yet.This sort of service is how you get customers for life and retain them.
