The senior dentists is very unprofessional and insulted us just because we brought our old MEDIBANK card and not the new one. I told them that my daughter is on the way to bring the new card and we overheard the dentists chatting that we have no money to pay for it etc etc. very rude to us but very good to the other patient which has a MEDICARD card.On the other hand, the lady in the counter and the other dentists are both okay and with good customer service.

I’ve been going to this dentist since l was little (I’m 35 now) with Dr Jenny Quash doing my braces when l was a young teenager. She also looked after my mothers teeth and my Nan’s teeth, and hoping my daughter is able to go to her soon so it will be 4 generations ❤️

Not having a regular Dentist as I'm new to the area I popped into St Clair Dentist unannounced as I was in some pain Dr Quach was very understanding and took me straight in to have me looked at. The good Doctor and her assistant were very friendly and attentive and I walked out 30 minutes later relieved of my pain. Thank you!
