Usual customer service - NONEWent in to do my postal vote which was snatched off me with “what’s this!”I stated he just had to witness me sign it. It was tossed back at me with “we don’t have time to do that!” (All of 30 seconds)3 on counter and 2 customers!This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered bad service here!Thank you to the girls at the restaurant who were busy who took 30 seconds to sign.

Great customer service. Went above and beyond with helping my grandmother who is computer illiterate and not tech savvy.

This is the SECOND TIME Australia Post has done me wrong.Firstly, I placed an Ebay order on 05/12/2022, items WERE sent by the Ebay seller, then LOST OR STOLEN BY AUSTRALIA POST !!! They were Christmas gifts, so no Christmas gifts for people last year, $50 worth of goods GONE !!!I am on pension so $50 is A LOT FOR ME !!!Secondly, I orded from a department store online, then I received an email from Australia Post, Sorry no one was home so come and collect it". NOTHING LEFT IN THE LETTER BOX and NO ONE SHOWED UP THE DAY ITEM WAS MEANT TO COME. I received an email the same day the item was meant to arrive. I have security cameras so I KNOW FOR A FACT NO ONE CAME !!!I am disabled and cannot just "jump" in the car and pick stuff up

Settled in new premises, after some moving episode. It is located at old Vinnie's place, further up, instead of next to Woolsworths, nearer where they were before. Always friendly and efficient service. Plenty of parking available and with cover.

Will avoid at all costs. The service is always well below average. Went to get a passport application sent off, after lodging online and the passports.gov specifically stating I did not need to book an appointment although it was a big deal for not having done so with Jimboomba post. I offered to go back on another day to the response of “no it’s fine you’re here now.”My partner went to get his at the mt Tamborine office and they were more than happy to help advising no appointment was at all necessary.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service by the woman with pink hair “Jo”.As a customer waiting in the line to be served on a Saturday morning listening to you be rude and aggressive to the young lady trying to organise her passport. You are a disgrace and an embarrassment to Jimboomba Post office. How dare you speak to customers the way you did and think it’s ok! We all watched you, yet you thought we would side with you.You were not even trying to be discreet and confidential.I suggest you get some more training in customer service and be a better representative for Australia Post.How about, with your rude, aggressive, bullying nature you take yourself over to the Yatata mail centre and sort mail instead and stay the hell away from customer service . You have none.This review will not stop here! You owe the young lady an apology for dehumanising and shaming her in front of other customers.She had an appointment and did all the right things. You need more training.I am now going to write to the HR department of Australia Post to let them know of your behaviour.Disgraceful!!
