I came across Inner-Alchemy when searching online for a solution to sorting out my health. After my initial consultation with Carly I felt I had nailed the choice of practitioner. I have since been on a year long journey to correct my inner health - mind you I really did not have anything seriously wrong, but I did feel off, no energy, brain fog, seemed to drift through the day and fall into bed at night (did I mention brain fog!).
