NHP - Creative Design Print

My print job was only small but needed to be done in a timely manner. I was not able to speak directly to the graphic designer - he was either not in or not available. He was not answering my emails promptly and my job was eventually passed to another person. He did answer some of my emails but also neglected to answer others. Our job was eventually printed but only after my sister had to go into the premises and see what was going on.Once I received the print job you had printed both styles of cards when I had clearly stated that we required the folded card.Communication very poor. I would not recommend this business for a small job as they were clearly not interested.

The printer Richard gave great advice on how to manage my colour when sending art. He called me up concerned that I wasn't going to get what I wanted and we fixed the artwork! - and I got a good end product. Cheers
