Poor customer service, they don't communicate well, they over charge.

Great service and the staff members were very helpful. Excellent customer service and it was very easy and smooth since the staff members were able to communicate in Vietnamese as well. Will be coming back here for all my technology purchases and repair.

Initially saw a person advertising monitors for $50. I did contact the person in the ad to ask if they were still available and was told that it was an actual store (realising now that they didn't answer my first question about availability). Got there to find sold out of the $50 monitors, only ones left from $80. Felt disappointed and mislead.

Product knowledge, service, speed, quality, selection 10/10.I am consistently impressed with hugh level of service and knowledge this team has. They've saved me countless amounts of money by suggesting products that perfectly fit my needs. I look forward to shopping here as it's a delight!

Took my phone in paid $30 to unlock it. They could not tell me why it did that. Friday night it locked again. Took it up Saturday morning only to be told the technician was not working and they could not fix it until Monday. Again not telling me why my phone was locking and blaming me. Took it to Oxley to the phone repairs near Woolworths and fixed it for FREE. So thanks for NOTHING.

Oof, not great. Went in looking for a product, was shown a few options and I chose one - all is well so far.Person selling me said wireless charger then takes it over to his desk and begins opening it, which I'm confused about. He starts plugging it in to see if it works and I'm doubly confused but starting to realise that it's probably a second hand product (even though nobody told if was and there's no clear indication that it is).He can't get it to work.He plugs it into another wall socket and still can't get it to work.He asks me to put my phone on it to see if it works. It doesn't. I say to put my phone screen side down as that's how I charge mine at home if it won't on the back.He tries. It doesn't work.So he calls somebody else over, who immediately tells me my phone case is too big. I tell him I've had no problems at home with it. Both guys now have their back to me, making me feel pretty ignored. They're fiddling with my phone and this charge pad trying to make it work and they still can't.Guy #2 then says that it much be my removable pop socket causing problems and without asking me or even looking in my direction, pulls it roughly off my phone.I'm just dumbstruck at this point.My mother (who has joined me in the store now) says that we're gonna give this a miss and buy somewhere else.No response. Backs still to us, my phone still in front of them where I can't reach and they completely ignore us.My mother repeats again, louder, that we want to give this a miss. They finally turn around with my phone and say, oh
