Eyebrow Symmetry

A bit disappointed in the experience and result overall, considering the really high reviews and price paid for an eyebrow design. I would’ve liked to have been asked how I wanted my eyebrows to look but the technician just started without asking and did what she wanted, and although my eyebrows look nice individually, they’re not exactly the same shape so aren’t symmetrical.

I highly recommend Eyebrow symmetry. There are always appointments available at many different times and it is easy to book online. I used to go to the threading bars in the shopping centres for the 'convenience', but I have come to realise that the quality varies greatly. When I visited Jacqueline, not only was the job she did vastly superior to any other threader I have been to (have been threading for over 15 years), but the quality of the thread she uses you can feel straight away (its thicker then what they use in the bars) and makes for a smooth and relaxing experience. Now I understand that for me the convneience is booking with Jacqueline for amazing eyebrows every single time. Good eyebrows can make all the difference!!

This was my second time visiting eyebrow symmetry after a positive first visit, however my second visit went dramatically differently.I had booked my appointment at 5pm however was not led in the room until 5:30pm, so was sitting there for 30 minutes. I understand that Christmas time is very busy however there was no apology or anything for having to sit in the hot waiting room for half an hour. It was completely ignored that my time was just wasted.When I did finally sit down on the chair, Jackie again did not apologise or even say hello, let alone ask what I wanted done to my brows. I was feeling quite frustrated by this point as she continued to pluck my eyebrows after no initial discussion with me whatsoever.After a week, my tint is completely gone and Jackie did not trim my brows either. I feel like I wasted my money. I am really disappointed in this as you do pay a premium price at Eyebrow Symmetry.I am pretty disappointed as I did have a great initial appointment when I was a new customer. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I had my first appointment with Jackline today to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted and I am over the moon with the results. The lady is a genius! It looks like I have had a mini eye lift in the way she has shaped my brows. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best brows in Town.

I’m very particular with my eyebrows and I am always hesitant to try a new place. But we recently moved to dee why and I saw this place just down the road, and the reviews were great so I thought I’d give it a try. The team here are unbelievable! The salon is quiet and relaxing, you don’t need to have an hour and a half of small talk, everything’s spotlessly clean, and it’s in a really convenient location, parking at Dee why grand is right down the road. If you park under Priceline it’s easy as pie. The results speak for themselves. There was an exceptional attention to detail both in the henna colour of my brows and how precise she was with the hairs, and she was very careful not to hurt me at all. Thanks so much to the whole team!
